You do not need an account, and you do not need to be able to get into yours. Everkept is run from New Zealand and answers on New Zealand hours: most messages get a reply the same working day, and everything gets one within three. If something is urgent — a page showing something it should not, or a memorial you cannot reach — say so in the first line and we will come to it first.

Some things you can do without us

• Change or close a page — from its own dashboard, including who can see it and whether search engines may list it.
• Download everything you keep — from your account, as one file.
• Stop follower emails — every one of them has a link at the bottom that works in a single click.

Reporting a page

If a page uses a photograph that is yours, impersonates someone, or is there to abuse somebody, write to support@everkept.pet with the address of the page and what is wrong. We will look at it properly and quickly.
